North West 200 – 7–9 May 2026 (dates subject to confirmation)
Ireland’s largest motorcycle road race roars around the triangle between Portstewart, Coleraine and Portrush. The 2026 schedule tentatively runs from 7–9 May with the main race day on 9 May 2026 . Expect thrilling high‑speed action, concerts and paddock experiences.
Armed Forces Day – 27 June 2026
The UK’s national Armed Forces Day falls on 27 June 2026 . Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council has bid to host the national event, which would bring parades, military displays and family entertainment to the region. Final details will be announced closer to the time.
Stendhal Festival – 2–4 July 2026
Northern Ireland’s largest independent music and arts festival returns to Ballymully Cottage Farm in Limavady from Thursday 2 July to Saturday 4 July 2026 . Expect eight stages of live music, art installations and family workshops set against a beautiful rural backdrop.
Ould Lammas Fair – Late August 2026
Ballycastle’s Ould Lammas Fair is Ireland’s oldest traditional fair. In 2025 it takes place on 25 & 26 August with lead‑up events starting on 23 & 24 August . It’s traditionally held on the last Monday and Tuesday of August; expect street traders, horse markets, live music and local delicacies like Yellowman (honeycomb) and dulse.
Bushmills Salmon & Whiskey Festival – Early October 2026
