Yes. Your Superhost status is tied to your account, not your co-host. In fact, our fast response times, professional guest communication, and high cleaning standards typically help hosts maintain — and often earn — Superhost status.
Airbnb’s co-hosting feature lets you invite a trusted person or team to help manage your listing. As your co-host, Nestled can access your inbox, manage bookings, adjust pricing, and update your calendar — while you retain full ownership and receive all earnings directly from Airbnb.
We manage both. We’ll take over your Booking.com property manager access and handle all reservations, guest communication, and pricing across both platforms from a unified system — keeping your calendar synchronised and preventing double-bookings.
Airbnb and Booking.com pay you directly as normal — nothing changes on that front. Nestled invoices you separately for our 10% management fee on a monthly basis, based on your earnings that month.
Absolutely. Your property is still yours. Block any dates you want to use it and we’ll manage everything around those periods. You can do this directly through Airbnb or let us know and we’ll update the calendar for you.
No lock-in contract. We ask for a short notice period as a courtesy so we can ensure a smooth handover, but we don’t tie you in. Our approach is simple: if we’re delivering results, you’ll want to stay. We back ourselves to do that.
