Yes, completely. You stay the owner of your Airbnb account and listing. We're added as a co-host, which is Airbnb's own way of letting a trusted team help run a listing. We can manage the inbox, bookings, pricing and calendar, while you keep full ownership and receive all earnings directly from Airbnb.
Nothing upfront. We work on commission, a share of what your listing earns, with no set-up charges. The rate depends on the property and how you want to work with us, so we agree it on the call and confirm it in writing before anything is signed.
We manage both. We take over your Booking.com property manager access and handle reservations, guest communication and pricing across both platforms from one system, keeping calendars synced and preventing double bookings.
Airbnb and Booking.com pay you directly, as they do now. Nestled invoices you separately each month, based on that month's earnings.
